Why can't we see in dark?
There is no light to reflect from the objects
Our eyes need light to see things around us. It is only when light from an object enters our eyes that we see the object. The light may have been emitted by the object, or may have been reflected by it. Our eyes respond to light from any source and not just sunlight. Some animals like cats and owls can see better in the dark because the pupils of their eyes can open wider and receive more light than our eyes can.
