We can see objects when light reflects and fall on our eyes. Why can't wall act as a mirror since it also reflects light and fall on our eyes?
It is said that, when light hits a mirror and reflects, our mind predicts that it might be coming from a point opposite to the mirror. But when we use a camera to capture a image in the mirror, we see same as we see from our eyes. Why camera captures the same we see since it don't have brain to make it predict that light is coming from some other point?
A mirror reflects light and we humans are able to see ourselves in it. But we also know that we humans are opaque objects and do not let light pass through and a shadow is formed. So when we stand in front the mirror there should be a shadow on the mirror as we are opaque object but instead we see our reflection.WHY?
