  2. In this, roots are immersed in nutrient solutions, and elements are given in varying concentrations.
  3. It is used for the commercial production of vegetables.

Unsuitable plants for hydroponics:

  1. While most plants can be grown using hydroponics, there are a few plants that require more effort.
  2. Some vegetables and fruits use up too much space, making them less suitable for the hydroponic system.
  3. Some of the plants which must be avoided are vining plants.
  4. Some others are zucchini, squash, etc., these consume a lot of space and can overtake the area.
