Over the past few decades due to the increase in the population and the advancement of technology, the rate of depletion of resources has gone up drastically.
Now the present scenario is such that the rate of consumption of resources is way more than the rate of its replenishment. And the consequence of this imbalance would be the depletion of the resources. And the future generation will have to suffer due to a paucity of resources.
