Question

Why desicion are delayed in democracy as compared to non democratic regime

Open in App
Solution

Decisions are delayed in a democracy because decision making in a democracy is a consultative process. Various parties and stakeholders have to be consulted before such decision making in a democracy. In contrast, in a non democratic regime, decisions are made in a dictatorial manner and are, therefore, swift.
