Solution

The correct option is A Japan was severely attacked by the USA, which led to a financial crisis for the INA.
The Indian National Army, along with the Japanese Army, captured Rangoon and Kohima, and later marched towards Imphal. But, when the two atom bombs were dropped on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the INA had no other alternative but to stop its activities. The Japanese surrender put a stop to the funding that the Provisional Indian government required.
