WHY DID THE INDIANS BECOME SEPOYS?? WERE THEY FORCED TO DO SO OR THEY DID IT FOR FEEDING THEIR FAMILIES?

The Indians became sepoys because they were discriminated in payments and promotions.They were mistreated by the British officials.They were refused to pay foreign service allowance etc.They were forced to do so because of too much discrimination.
