Division of labour is a mixed blessing because it has been responsible for both evils as well as merits to individuals and society. The merits of specialisation lead to a rise in income and standard of living of the people.
While it shows bore and dull for the worker and lacks responsibility for the quality of the product as many are involved in the production of a good.
