Human females have two X- chromosomes called sex chromosomes. Dining meiosis at the time of gamete formation, one X-chromosome enters each gamete. Hence, all the gametes possess an X- chromosome

A girl child is born by the fusion of two x chromosomes( One x chromosome from father and one x chromosome from mother). This means a female has two x chromosomes ( i.e xx).so all gamates formed in human females have only x chromosomes!
