Question

Why do dogs always keep their tongue out?

Open in App
Solution

Unlike humans, dogs sweat through their paws and tongue. They stick their tongue out and pant to cool down and get enough oxygenated blood into theirsystem. Dogs don't sweat the way humans do. Hanging their tongue out and panting is their way of cooling down after their body heats up due to exercise.
