Question

Why do fishes have a streamlined body?

Open in App
Solution

Streamlined bodies help to reduce the friction between the body and the fluid. Thats the reason why aeroplanes, ships or fishes have sort of pointed ends. Even swimmers join their hands in the front while diving so that they can pass through the water easily. Its an adaptation created over time in order to help them maneuver through their environment. Evolution to be frank.

That's the reason why do fishes have streamlined body......
