Why do snakes...
Question
Why do snakes move in loops and not in a straight line?
Open in App
Solution
Snakes move in S-shaped loops and in a zig-zag manner.
Each loop of the snake gives it a forward push by pressing against the ground.
Due to its long body it makes many loops and each loop gives the forward push, making snakes move forward very fast and not in a straight line.
