Why do some birds and animals migrate?

Migration: The process of movement of organisms from one region to another region is known as Migration. It is mainly due to the better living of those organisms.

The reason behind birds or animals to migrate:

1. Animals and birds migrate from one place to another place in search of food, to avoid extreme weather conditions, or to breed.
2. Birds mainly migrate for food and the formation of nests to grow their young ones for their proper feeding.
3. Example: In the winter season Siberian cranes migrate from Siberia to India as they cannot survive in the extreme condition of winter in Siberia.
