Why do some people suffer from nose bleeding at high altitudes?

Dear Student, At higher altitudes, there is decrease in atmospheric pressure and also there is thinning of air. Also, there is very less oxygen at high altitude. So, blood vessels of nose burst resulting in bleeding from nose. Bleed from nose is also called Epistaxis in medical terms. Regards
