Question

why do velocities of two objects change when they collide with each other

Open in App
Solution

Dear Student,
When two object collide to each other with different velocities then there is redistribution of their velocities
as there total momentum is conserved in collision . When bodies come in contact (collide) at a time velocity
of both the bodies become equal and after seperation their velocities become unequal.
