Hiccups and choking sensation:
Hiccups occur when a person eats or drinks something too quickly.
Hiccups are caused to the involuntary contractions of the diaphragm.
The diaphragm pulls down and it contracts, which causes difficulty in breathing.
The windpipe closes for a moment and prevents the air to enter the lungs.
This causes the formation of hic sound.
