Solution

Despite government efforts, many children below the age of 14 are still not going to school. This is because there parents are very poor. Hence, they cannot afford to send the children to school. Instead, they employ the children in some work so that the income of the children can be used to support the family. Without the income of the children, such families may not even have enough to eat.
