Factories are areas where there are ample chances of workers' exploitation. Child labour, long duration of working hours, unhealthy working condition, less leaves are few ways workers may be hassled. Other than these factory work involves the use of several machines and it is important to see that proper care is taken of these machines so that the workers' security is guaranteed. For all these factors safety laws are essential in factories.
