Dear Student
Indian Constitution recognises every person equal. Every individual in country, male or female from all castes, religions, tribes, educational and economic backgrounds are recognised and treated as equal.
We can say there is socio economic equality in India because:
1. Every person is equal in eyes of law.
2. No person is discriminated on the basis of their religion, race, caste, place of birth or sex.
3. Every person has access to all public places including playgrounds, hotels, shops and markets.
4. Untouchability is abolished by law.
