Why do you think we need the government to find solutions to many disputes or conflicts?

The government represents the country and the constitutional system.
When conflicts happen, people may use violent means to settle their differences. The problem can also arise between people of two states and two countries too. When people try to solve the problem, it might turn violent and cause adversity. When the government is involved, the conflict is solved in a peaceful manner and according to the laws of the constitution.
