The women and afro- americas were not given right to vote until the beginning of 20th century because they both were considered inferior having less or no basic rights.In many European nations women fought against their rights because they were considered and meant for the domestic work and not for participating in different fields such as elections ,where as in Africa the blacks were considered to be of inferior race and were discriminating in every walk of the life,they also started various movements against the oppression met on them by the whites.
