Why does hibiscus not bears fruits even through androecium and gynoecium present in it?

Hibiscus is a plant that does not produce any fruit or we can say that the fruit id is hidden.
The fruit of the hibiscus flower is the five-lobed pod or capsule just below the flower.
The lobs of pods contain seeds like any other fruit.
So, the hibiscus plant doesn't have any distinct fruit.
