Solution

Dear student,

Rajasthan is basically a desert area.It is located in the interiors far away from the sea. There is less vegetation and very less rainfall.Hot and dry winds call 'loo' blows here due to the development of a low pressure area. This causes the temperature to increase to a very high level. Jammu and Kashmir due to its location at a higher altitude level has a less temperature increase. As the altitude increases, the temperature falls down.
