Why does our earth does not clash with sun ,as the gravitational force of sun acts on it and why does sun is not attracted by earth as earth has sufficient mass to attract sun at some extent ?

Gravitational force acting between earth and sun is balanced by the centrifugal force which acts in the opposite direction to the gravitational force, since these two forces are in equal in magnitude and acts in opposite direction i.e. they balance the effect of each other and therefor earth do not get clashed with sun.
