Why does our eyebrows only grow above our eyes and why dont the hair on other parts of the face are not as longer as our eyebrows are

Each and every character of our body is determined by the genes present in our DNA. The presence, location and size of hairs in our body are also decided by the genomics. These characters are the descent of our ancestors. Variations in them occur due to the evolutionary processes but decided by our genome only.
