Why does positive charges one closer when a negatively charged object is brought near to it?

Positive charge means deficiancy of electron every matter in the universe tries to become stable stability attains when there os no charge for a meterial that is nutral when there is a deficiancy of electon or a body have positive charge,then it tries to accept equal amount of negative charge to become nutral so it attracts negative charge towards it
