Why does solution of chloroform & acetone show negative deviation from Raoult's law?
Illustrate the deviation with the help of diagrams.

When acetone & chloroform are mixed together a hydrogen bond is formed between them which increases the intermolecular attraction between them & hence decreases the vapour pressure.
