Why does the flame of a burning candle goes off when we blow over it strongly?

Carbon dioxide molecules are heavier than air. Because of this, they push the oxygen and other molecules in the airout of the way as they sinks down overthe flame and candle. when oxygen ispushed away from the Wick, it can't react with the wax anymore.
