Why during boiling milk water vapour is seen on the underside of the plate but not milk vapour ?

Dear student,

The vaporization process takes place when milk boils. It gains energy, so, the milk changes its state from the liquid state to the gaseous state. It evaporates from the boiling milk and reaches to the plate. It is started to losses energy to the plate, so, milk cools down and it changes its state from the gaseous state to the liquid drops here, the condensation process takes place.
