Why household wiring is done in parallel wiring system?
All of these
In a parallel connection, every unit that is connected to the circuit gets an equal amount of voltage. It is easy to connect or disconnect a new element without affecting the working of other elements especially in case of any fault in the circuit. In a series connection, if one point breaks, the total circuit will break. Also, as the number of components in a series circuit increases, greater will be the circuit resistance.
