why infinitesimal angular displacement is a vector rather avg angular displacement or velocity a scalar ?!!!

So the commutation of pseudovector angular displacements, unlike that of vector displacements, depends on the size of the displacement — so for angular displacements you can’t just pull out a unit vector and let the size be a scalar.
