Why Is Brinjal Called Eggplant?
Brinjal belongs to the family of Solanaceae, also commonly known as nightshades. They hang from vines and some varieties actually look egg shaped which is why the name "Eggplants".
Which acid is present in corn, eggplant, red bell peppers, broccoli flower?
It is easier to pull out a wheat or maize plant, but it is difficult to pull out a tomato or brinjal plant. Why is it so?
