Why is cerebral reflex called reflex arc when it involves the brain and not the spinal cord?the basic definition of reflex arc says that theres no involvement of brain then why is it called cerebral reflex?

I think you have got it confused.
Reflexes formed from the brain are called Cerebral reflexes.
Whereas the path of impulses in the reflex action is called the Reflex arc!
