Solution
Unemployment has become a common phenomenon among educated people in urban areas.
Many youths with postgraduate degrees, graduate degrees, and matriculation are not able to find jobs.
As per a study the growth of unemployment of postgraduates and graduates has increased faster than the growth of unemployment among matriculates.
Availability of manpower is in a paradoxical situation, there are manpower shortages in some categories, coexisting with a surplus of manpower in certain categories.
There is a scarcity of manpower required for economic growth whereas there are technically qualified people on the other hand.
Maybe one of the causes for such a situation is the education system which may not be in sync with the requirements of the job industry.
The other problem could be due to the massive rise in population, whereas the jobs created are not able to catch up with the growth of population.
