Why is it difficult to predict the weather of a place while it is easy to predict its climate?

The climate of a region remains same throughout the year. Weather is the atmospheric condition of a particular place at a particular time.
The weather changes often, for example, it can be rainy today but tomorrow it can be a sunny day. But climate is the average weather taken over a long period of time (25 years or more).
Hence, the climate is easily predictable while the weather is not.
