Body Mass Index :- If we want to find body mass index of a person then we first need to take the weight of the person in kilograms (newton scientifically used ) and also the height of the person in metres. then we need to divide the square of height by weight. If it comes below 18.5 then the person is said to be undernourished and if above 25 then he / she is said obessive if he/she comes in betweeen then he/she is fit or healthy or not undernourished.
