Why is it necessary to keep alive the dialects of Indian languages?

It is necessary to keep alive the dialects of Indian languages because, English language getting popularity in India and dominating almost every sphere of Indians ranging from education, films, public affairs etc. thus Indian dialects getting extinct in Indian soil itself which was identity of crores of Indians earlier. That’s why we need to keep alive our dialects.
