Solution

The correct option is B DNA disintegrates over a period of time
All cells possess DNA including the bone cells of dinosaurs. DNA of dinosaurs have disintegrated over the years as it is estimated by the Royal Society UK, that DNA from bone has a half-life of 521 years. After this period, half of the nucleotide bonds that hold DNA together are broken, and after another 521 years, those bonds are cut in half again. Since dinosaurs last roamed the Earth 65 million years ago, their DNA is no longer intact and usable, making it impossible to reconstruct or clone them.
