  1. Silver and gold do not corrode in moist air because both these metals are the least reactive metals.
  2. They do not get affected by air and moisture i.e. they do not combine with oxygen easily.
  3. Both Gold and Silver are noble metals i.e., very less reactive metals and hence they do not get corrode easily in moist air.
