Solution
Urine formation in summers
Urine is the transparent, pale yellow, acidic fluid having a pH of 6.0.
The pale yellow color of urine depends on the presence of a pigment called the urochrome.
During summer, the weather is hot and the body sweats to thermoregulate.
Since, a lot of water is lost through sweating, the rate of reabsorption of water in the kidneys is increased.
Hence, less urine is formed in summer even if a lot of water is taken.
