Why is magnetic force much weaker than electric force ?

Solution

This is because the coefficient or rather the proportionality constant- something that give scale to the force differ. While the proportionality constant of electrical columbic forces are of order 9*10^9, those of magnetic forces are only of order 10^-7. And these coedficiants are found out by experimental values
