why is migration common in most villages across India ?why do people migrate ?what do they do at the place of destination and how are they treated?

They migrate due to number of reasons like:
The migrate for better job.
They migrate for education of their children,better facilities etc.
They try to adopt themselves with the new lifestyle at their destination,they abide by the rules of that society etc.They are treated nicely at some places and at other places they may face discrimination.
