Solution

Dear student, The different layers of Earth’s atmoshphere in ascending order are: Troposphere, Stratosphere, Mesosphere, Thermosphere, Exosphere. Among all these layers, stratospheres contains large amount of oxygen molecules and the Ozone Layer is the part of the atmosphere which contains high levels of the oxygen molecule (ozone) which plays an important role acting as a natural ultraviolet shield for our planet. Therefore, Ozone layer is really located in the stratosphere portion of the atmosphere which lies in a region of 10 to 50 km above the Earth surface. Regards
