In molecular biology PCR or Polymerase Chain Reaction, is a technique which is used for the amplification of a single copy of a particular sequence of DNA into several other copies, containing that particular sequence.
PCR method, mostly use thermal cycling, which include alternate repeated heating and cooling of sample (DNA), in a series of steps.
