Answer :The biosphere is a global ecosystem which is composed of 2 components living organisms (biota) and the abiotic (nonliving) .
Biosphere is very important for all existing living organisms on the earth.All the living things such as plants, animals, and human being exist only in this zone. There are more than ten lakh species of animals and plants surviving in this zone .

Second part is, which Meridian is taken as standard Meridian for India and why?
Answer : The 82 degree 30' East longitude is considered as Standard Time Meridian of India because it passes through the middle of India I,e Mirzapur in Uttar Pradesh.
