It is due to the intermolecular attractive forces of sulphuric acid. Sulphuric acid is a highly polar molecule, due to the presence of highly plarised O-H bond. The polarity increases attraction between the molecules, hence, both the boiling point and viscosity are high. Also the boiling point increases due to the molecular mass.
