Why is the rejection of graft due to cell mediated immunity not classified under INNATE IMMUNITY ??

This is due to the reason that these cell provide immunity when any foreign antigen like in graft transplant enters our body. We are not born with this immunity. The acquired immune system is responsible for the destruction of foreign antigens only when they enter our body. It rememebers them produces rapid response when the same antigen enters body next time.
