Why is there a huge difference between growth rate in urban and rural areas in developing countries in comparison with developed countries?

There is larger difference between the growth rate of the rural and urban areas in the developing countries in constant to the developed countries chiefly because of migration and health factors.
The urban centers in the developing countries offer much better employment opportunities and hence there is large scale migration of people from the rural to the urban areas.
Also in the urban areas in such countries, the health facilities are much better developed, leading to better life expectancy
