Why is wheatstone’s bridge more accurate?

  1. Wheatstone bridge: It is a circuit arrangement that is used to find unknown resistance.
  2. It works on the principle of null deflection that is if the ratio of their resistance is equal, no current flows through that wire

3. If R1R2=R3R4, then no current flows through the wire and it can be neglected from the circuit.

4. Wheatstone bridge is accurate because it uses the null method due to which the internal resistance and resistance of the galvanometer have no influence over its measurements.

Hence, wheatstone bridges are preferred over other methods.
