Principles of Management are said to be evolutionary in nature as these principles have evolved over a long period of time from continuous practice and experimentation. That is, these management principles are based on real life situations and were derived from past experiences of the managers. Also, the applicability of these principles is flexible and can be changed depending on the nature of the situation and the nature of the manager.
